EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE PRODUCTS DEVELOPED BY YOSOCK LTD.

IMPORTANT: This End-User License Agreement is a legal Agreement between you and YoSock Ltd. for the applicable Software Products of YOSOCK Ltd. Do not copy, install, or use the Software Products provided under this license agreement ("Agreement"), until you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Any reproduction or redistribution of Software Products or any of its components not in accordance with the End-User License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Definitions: Software Products shall mean and include YOSOCK software.

YOSOCK Software shall mean all of the contents of the files (provided either by electronic download, on physical media or any other method of distribution), disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided) which may be found at yosock.com and developed by YOSOCK LTD.

YoSock Software shall mean all of the contents of the files (provided either by electronic download, on physical media or any other method of distribution), disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided) which may be found at yosock.com.
YOSOCK Software is licensed on a per computer basis. Each license purchased is bound to one particular computer and allows using YOSOCK Software on that single computer. If you install and use or reinstall YOSOCK software on any other computers, you will have to purchase an additional license for each computer. All updates and upgrades for YOSOCK Software are free for a user throughout the period of YOSOCK license validity.

YoSock Software license: Each license obtained allows installing and using YoSock Software on a single computer. Each license obtained can be deactivated on one PC and reactivated on another PC.

Trial and Registration.

You are granted the right to use the Software without registration solely for the purposes of evaluating the performance of the Software. Watermark is laid upon the converted videos when using a trial copy of YOSOCK software. When converting or extracting audio using a trial copy of Software, the length of saved audio files is restricted to 60 seconds. Some YOSOCK programs may have a restriction of several trial program launches. To remove all restrictions of the trial copy, you have to register it with YOSOCK in accordance with the terms laid out in the registration information which can be found in the documentation accompanying the Software. You are expected to use the SOFTWARE on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before registering it. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the Software will perform to your satisfaction.

Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of YOSOCK Software or any of its components are as follows:

You may:
1. Install and use one copy of YOSOCK Software or any of its components and all upgrades and updates on a single computer for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited).
2. Make one copy of YOSOCK Software or any of its components for archival purposes on a storage device or media.
3. Receive support by e-mail to answer questions and solve problems referred to YOSOCK Software for any period for which you have purchased a subscription (typically 1 year or Unlimited).

You may not:
1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of YOSOCK Software except as provided for in this License.
2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from YOSOCK Software.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on YOSOCK Software (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation).
4. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign YOSOCK Software or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.
5. Separate YOSOCK Software component parts for use on more than one computer.
6. Distribute the license key in any way.
7. Make any attempt to discover the source code of YOSOCK Software.
8. Make any attempts to convert or copy audio/video files, CDs and DVDs with copy protection.
Functionality of YOSOCK Software allows creating backup copies of DVDs. The copy will be an archival backup copy of a DVD, created solely for the private and personal use of the owner of the DVD from which it is made. YOSOCK Software DOES NOT open, convert or copy copyrighted materials. The resale, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the archival backup copy is strictly forbidden. YOSOCK insists that you should respect the rights of copyright holders.
NO WARRANTIES

YoSock Ltd. expressly disclaims any warranty for YOSOCK Software.

YOSOCK SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION is PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF YOSOCK SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YOSOCK LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE YOSOCK SOFTWARE.

The YOSOCK Software automatically references, displays, links to and provides web services related to sites and information located worldwide throughout the Internet. Because YoSock has no control over such sites and information, YOSOCK makes no guarantees as to such sites and information, including but not limited to: (a) the accuracy, availability, sequence completeness, currency, content, validity or quality of any such sites and information, or (b) whether they may locate unintended or objectionable content. By using the YOSOCK Software, you acknowledge that YOSOCK makes no representations or warranties with regard to any sites or information displayed by or accessed though the YOSOCK Software.

As a YoSock customer you agree to receive the information about updates and new products from YoSock company. By downloading or purchasing any software from this website, YoSock reserves the right to request information from you.

If you do NOT wish to be contacted by YoSock after the trial download, you can opt-out of any subsequent communications on the trial download page. In this case YoSock will keep your information on record but will not contact you unless you have another interaction with us where you change your communication preference.

If you do wish to be contacted by YoSock after the trial download or purchase, YoSock will send you emails relating to upgrade information about products, and any other information that is relevant to the products. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from these communications, please follow the unsubscribe information contained in the emails, or email privacy@yosock.com with your request to be removed from our mailing list.
